The Principles behind the app
Education should be free and unhindered - In short this app will be free and will remain free forever. Or at least for as long as I can keep it alive. Also...because I really hope Netflix will be kind enough to not personally sue me out of existance for using a very tiny portion of their content.
I personally don’t care to many money on the app but as a user I hope that you pay it forward by watching these show on Netflix and by proxy paying the original creators in the process.

...why make yet another language app?
We’re all different and we all learn differently. The one glove fits all apporach is outdated and wrong, in my personal opinion. As someone with undiagnozed ADHD doing my adolescence, I excelled in some subjects and failed miserable in other, so I had to think of creative ways of tricking my brain into learning, This app is my creative expression on learning Mandarin.
As menitoned before this app is a personal project born out of my innate innabiltiy to learn languages. So...if you don’t experiance these symptoms and you’re exicted to learn from a text book, maybe this app isn’t for you but if you’re like me and you need to trick your brain into getting started, staying focused and motivated maybe you might want to give this a try.
